Responsibilities
- Monitor and record daily stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
- Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile variances.
- Work with procurement, production, and sales teams to forecast demand.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are applied for all food items.
- Track shelf life and report expired or damaged items.
- Prepare inventory reports for management and support internal/external audits.
- Maintain accurate data in inventory systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in inventory control, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of stock rotation and food safety practices (HACCP, ISO, FSSC is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary - 250 KD
