Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Controller to manage and oversee inventory operations for our hospitality property. The selected candidate will ensure accurate stock management, minimize losses, and maintain optimal inventory levels to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily inventory of food, beverages, and operational supplies
• Conduct regular stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, and operations teams
• Track stock movement and consumption patterns
• Ensure proper storage procedures and stock rotation (FIFO)
• Identify slow-moving, expired, or damaged stock
• Prepare inventory and variance reports for management
• Support cost control initiatives and loss prevention

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Inventory Controller in the hospitality industry
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong knowledge of F&B inventory management
• Experience with inventory management systems and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote location
• Willingness to relocate and work in Nauru country
