Inventory Controller / Inventory Supervisor – Central Kitchen (Multi-Branch Restaurant)

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to manage stock operations at our Central Kitchen and oversee inventory control across 10 restaurant branches.

The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock levels, reduce wastage, prevent shortages, and maintain proper documentation and reporting.
Central Kitchen:

  • Monitor and manage daily inventory levels
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
  • Ensure proper storage and FIFO compliance
  • Track raw materials, packaging, and supplies
  • Coordinate with purchasing department for reordering
  • Reduce wastage and control food cost

Branch Monitoring (10 Branches):

  • Conduct weekly/monthly branch inventory audits
  • Verify stock reports submitted by branches
  • Identify discrepancies and investigate variances
  • Train branch staff on proper inventory procedures
  • Ensure standardized stock management across all branches

Reporting:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports
  • Monitor food cost percentage
  • Provide recommendations for stock optimization
  • Report directly to Operations Manager / Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
