Job Summary

Sterling Perfumes Industries LLC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, dispatch, and team supervision. The role ensures efficient warehouse processes, accurate inventory management, and timely dispatch of finished goods and materials to support local and export sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of perfumes, raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in line with company and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and export sales teams to ensure timely material availability and dispatch.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and implement efficient storage systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational standards.
• Supervise warehouse staff, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate with logistics and transport teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce losses.
• Ensure proper documentation and ERP updates for all warehouse transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of safety and warehouse compliance standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
