Our Reverse Logistics service helps customers recover value from excess or obsolete electronic components by reselling them through our global network.
The Role: Inventory Executive
We are seeking an Inventory Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our available stock to customers who need it. You’ll manage enquiries and ensure smooth transactions that maximise value for the business. This role requires strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
1. Job Purpose
To manage and maximise the movement of existing Rebound and consignment inventory by responding to internal and external requests, quoting efficiently, and ensuring CRM accuracy. The role is KPI-driven, rewarding responsiveness, accuracy, and collaboration.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Manage reactive stock enquiries and quotations for internal and external requests.
• Convert available inventory into opportunities for movement or sale.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy for all quotes, customers, and updates.
• Liaise with coordinators and management to prevent duplication and maintain clarity in quoting.
• Monitor and report daily activity and stock progress.
• Participate in regular performance and KPI review meetings.
3. Experience & Skills
• Experience in stock coordination, internal trading, or sales support within electronics or related industries.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent follow-up discipline.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
• Collaborative team player with adaptable attitude.

5. Structure & Reporting
• Base Salary: Fixed monthly pay
• Incentive: KPI-based monthly and quarterly bonuses (detailed separately in the Incentive & Communication Framework).
• Reporting Line: Direct to Reverse Logistics Director.
• Interfaces With: Reverse Logistics team including coordinators, admin, and analytics support.
