Position: Inventory Store Officer/ Executive
Location: DHA Phase 8
Salary: 90k - 100k

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Store Officer to join our team. If you have a strong understanding of stock management and warehouse operations, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated in the system
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials
• Organize and manage inventory storage areas to ensure easy access and proper labeling
• Monitor stock usage and generate timely reports on stock status, shortages, and reorder levels
• Coordinate with the procurement and operations teams for inventory planning and replenishment
• Implement and follow standard inventory control procedures, including FIFO and safety stock
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records
• Ensure inventory security and minimize stock losses or damages
• Assist in preparing audit reports and supporting documentation

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience: 2-3 years in inventory, storekeeping, or warehouse management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software (e.g., ERP systems)
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
