Manager - Warehouse Operations (Preferably with in Textile / Apparel Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.
• Implement and monitor warehouse performance KPIs to ensure optimal productivity, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, supervisors, and support personnel.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material handling processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Retail teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage regular stock audits.
• Utilize SAP (WM/MM/SD modules) for warehouse transactions, reporting, and inventory management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.

Requirements:

• MBA - SCM & proven experience (12+ years) in Warehouse Management, preferably within the Textile / Apparel Industry.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (Warehouse Management, Inventory, Logistics modules is a must).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with lean warehousing, 5S, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
