IT Support Engineer ( Asset Management ) Onsite

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF IT ASSET AND INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Efficient and accurate installation and configuration of IT systems.

High levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution.

Accurate asset tagging, verification, and inventory management.

Minimal downtime and optimal performance of IT systems and networks.

Timely completion of scheduled maintenance and updates.

Successful resolution of technical issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

Effective training and support provided to clients, enhancing their IT proficiency.

Compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

High accuracy in maintaining and updating IT asset management records.

Requirements:

Required experience is 2-3 Years.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience in asset tagging and verification is highly desirable.

Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software.

Experience with various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Familiarity with IT asset management tools and software.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are preferred.
