Inventory Executive

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inventory audits at retail branches to ensure stock accuracy.
Identify and report stock variances, missing items, damaged products, or misplacements.
Perform cycle counts, surprise audits, and monthly stock checks at branches.
Review branch-level stock handling processes such as receiving, transfers, returns, and sales.
Ensure branches follow SOPs related to inventory and store operations.
Prepare audit reports for each branch visit, highlighting findings and recommendations.
Coordinate with branch managers and store staff to resolve discrepancies.
Assist the Audit & Operations team in investigating shrinkage or stock loss incidents.
Maintain audit documentation and ensure transparency in stock movement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
2 years of experience in branch audits, stock audits, or retail operations.
Strong knowledge of retail stock flow and audit processes.

Pay: From Rs45,000.00 per month
