Job Title: Inventory Executive

Job Summary

:The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing, tracking, and controlling inventory to ensure optimal stock levels, accuracy, and smooth production/sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, and consumables
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Sales teams for inventory planning
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
• Reconcile system stock with physical stock and report discrepancies
• Prepare inventory reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials
• Track inward and outward material movement
• Assist in reducing inventory carrying costs and wastage
• Maintain FIFO / FEFO practices where applicable
• Support year-end audits and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in inventory or store management (preferred)
• Knowledge of inventory management systems / ERP
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Experience

• Experience in manufacturing or production environment
• Knowledge of GST / documentation (inward–outward challans, GRN, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
