Inventory Management Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Management Executive to manage raw materials and finished goods inventory for our operations. The role involves managing stock levels, ensuring timely procurement, coordinating with production and sales, and maintaining accurate records across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan, track, and control inventory of raw materials and finished goods.

2. Maintain optimal stock levels by setting reorder points and safety stocks.

3. coordinate with suppliers/vendors for timely procurement and delivery.

4. Support production by issuing raw materials and reconciling usage.

5. Monitor and update finished good stock across all SKU's

6. Generate appropriate inventory reports and reconciliations.

7. Collaborate with production, sales, logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

8. Implement and optimise inventory systems (ERP/Excel/Software) for efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelor's degree in commerce

2. 2-3 years experience in inventory management

3. Strong knowledge of inventory systems, stock audits and procurement cycles.

4. ability to multitask and coordinate across departments.

5. Excellent grasp of tally and excel

6. experience with some form of inventory software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
