Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Inventory Manager to oversee and streamline our stock management processes across stores, vendors, and our online business. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient with data management, and able to ensure the smooth flow of merchandise from production to sale. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency, preventing stockouts, and ensuring accurate inventory reporting.

What you will do

• Generate labels for all new merchandise, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Manage inventory data on Excel, tracking garments from production through sale.
• Conduct periodic physical stock audits across all vendors and locations.
• Reconcile physical counts with system data to ensure accuracy.
• Generate and share regular inventory reports highlighting stock levels, movement trends, and areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with design, production, logistics, and retail teams to ensure smooth operations.

What you will need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in garments, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Knowledge of Excel and data management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct audits and reconcile discrepancies across multiple stock points.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive approach to operations.
• Education in Business, Supply Chain, Fashion Management, or related fields is preferred.
