Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our internal company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory operations, ensuring stock accuracy, and driving efficiency across the supply chain. This role requires expertise in inventory tracking, demand forecasting, supplier management, warehouse operations, and cost control, along with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory tracking, stock levels, and control systems to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct demand forecasting and inventory planning to support business operations.
• Manage and build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement.
• Supervise warehouse operations, including storage, dispatches, and stock audits.
• Analyze inventory data and prepare regular reports on stock movement, shortages, and trends.
• Lead and manage the inventory/warehouse team, ensuring high efficiency and accountability.
• Implement cost management strategies to reduce wastage, optimize stock, and control expenses.
• Resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, and other inventory-related problems.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and finance teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Essential Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain and warehouse operations.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/Inventory software systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or equivalent).
• Proven track record in supplier management, demand planning, and stock control.
