Inventory Manager

• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
• Monitor daily stock levels, replenishment cycles, and product movement.
• Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts, spot checks, and full audits).
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, damages, and variances.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement for timely replenishment.
• Manage storage space efficiently, ensuring FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and hygiene standards (especially for perishables).
• Track slow-moving, near-expiry, and obsolete items, suggesting corrective actions.
• Generate inventory reports and share with management on a regular basis.
• Train and supervise inventory staff, warehouse clerks, and stock handlers.
• Implement loss prevention and shrinkage control measures.
• Support smooth flow of goods from receiving to shelves.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
