Inventory Manager

Department: Supply Chain / Inventory Management

Location: Plot 12, sector 12/c north karachi industrial area.

Reporting To: Factory Manager / Operations Head

Job Summary:

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing the complete record and movement of products and other inventory in manufacturing units. The role includes to ensure transparency, accuracy, and timely reporting of inventory data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory records, stock levels, inward & outward documentation.
• Ensure proper storage & stacking of raw materials and other materials.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, discipline, and safety compliance.
• Supervise loading/unloading and guide warehouse helpers when needed.
• Prepare basic reports using MS Excel/Inventory software.

2. Software Entry & Record Keeping

• Enter all inward, transfer, and consumption data into the inventory management software.
• Maintain real-time digital records of all raw material stock levels.
• Ensure data accuracy and traceability for each product.

3. Inter-factory Coordination

• Manage and track movement between factory locations.
• Reconcile stock balances between units weekly and report discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation

4. Daily & Monthly Reporting

• Prepare daily and monthly stock and consumption reports of materials.
• Highlight slow-moving, excess, or missing products.
• Support management in monthly cost and wastage analysis.

5. General Inventory Management

• Assist in tracking other consumables used in production.
• Maintain minimum stock levels and alert procurement for replenishment when needed.
• Support physical stock audits and ensure data reconciliation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of Excel, ERP, or inventory management software.
• Basic understanding of inventory management.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in handling inventory.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with factory and accounts teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
