Job Title: Inventory Executive / Inventory Management Officer
Location: Chuchura, West Bengal
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (Gross per month)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage and oversee inventory operations at our Chuchura facility. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, timely stock reconciliation, and smooth coordination between production, warehouse, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of raw materials (coconut oil, packaging materials, etc.) and finished goods.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control procedures.
• Perform regular stock audits and physical verification.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for stock planning.
• Manage inward and outward stock entries in inventory systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Identify and report discrepancies in stock levels.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Graduate (Commerce/Business preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management (FMCG/manufacturing preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.
