Inventory Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and detail-driven Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations across our hospitality business. This role is responsible for managing stock levels of food, beverages, housekeeping supplies, linen, and guest amenities, while ensuring smooth inter- and intra-departmental processes. The Inventory Manager will play a critical role in vendor management and cross-cost center coordination (restaurants, bars, banquets, and central kitchen), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and item classifications.
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor reorder points and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to reduce shrinkage and wastage.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to streamline operations.
• Generate inventory reports and provide insights for demand forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Support implementation of ERP or inventory management systems.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software (ERP, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Certification in supply chain or inventory management.
• Experience in hospitality.
