Inventory Manager (Automobile Industry)
Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
Experience: 6–12 Years
Industry Preference: Automobile / Auto Components

What You’ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end inventory operations including receiving, storage, stock reconciliation, and dispatch of components and finished goods.
  • Develop and implement strong inventory tracking processes, cycle counts, and audits for high accuracy.
  • Optimize inventory levels to support production, aftermarket service, and field operations while minimizing working capital.
  • Use ERP/digital tools to drive real-time inventory visibility and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with Program & Production teams to assess stock levels and align with production requirements.
  • Partner with field service teams to manage spares planning and support after-sales/service operations (India, Kenya & other regions).
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics for smooth material flow.
  • Create dashboards and MIS reports for data-driven decision-making.
  • Build scalable inventory governance processes aligned with future company growth.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in inventory management—preferably in Automotive, EV, or Manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock reconciliation, and materials management best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite).
  • Ability to manage multi-location inventories and field logistics.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel between Bengaluru and Bhiwadi as required.
