Eco Auto is looking for a Lot Attendant / Inventory Coordinator who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and helping keep a fast-moving dealership running smoothly. This is a traditional, physical role with real responsibility perfect for someone who wants to understand how inventory moves from arrival to sale.
About the Role
This position is the backbone of the dealership. You’ll be responsible for vehicle flow, organization, cleanliness, and readiness across the lot and service areas. You’ll work closely with sales, service, and management to make sure vehicles are where they need to be, look their best, and are properly tracked.
You don’t need automotive experience — just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Move and organize vehicles across the lot and service areas
- Check in new inventory and help prepare vehicles for sale
- Ensure vehicles are clean, staged, and presentable at all times
- Assist with recon tracking and inventory readiness
- Apply stock numbers, plates, tags, and basic labeling
- Perform basic lot maintenance and organization
- Support test drives and vehicle deliveries as needed
- Keep the lot, keys, and vehicle locations accurate and up to date
- Help identify issues with vehicles before they reach customers
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions

What You’ll Do (Inventory + Content + Digital Operations)Photography & Videography
- Photograph every incoming vehicle with clean, consistent angles and lighting
- Film short videos, walkarounds, feature highlights, and “Why This Car” clips
- Use smartphones, cameras, and basic editing tools to produce polished content
Digital Merchandising
- Upload, organize, and manage vehicle photos and videos across all platforms
- Write vehicle descriptions using digital tools and AI
- Create clean, accurate, high-converting online listings
- Ensure every vehicle online looks professional, consistent, and up to date
Workflow & Process Control
- Follow checklists for recon status, cleanliness, and readiness
- Track vehicle movement through the recon pipeline
- Catch small errors before anyone else sees them
- Keep all listings accurate in real time
Content Creation & Branding
- Produce creative content for social media (short clips, reels, photos)
- Highlight unique features, technology, and value of each vehicle
- Assist in building a stronger online brand through consistent storytelling
- Help brainstorm new content ideas around inventory and dealership culture
Tech & Automation
- Use AI tools to speed up listing creation, editing, tagging, and data entry
- Help improve internal processes to move inventory faster

Requirements
