Inventory & Materials Control Manager (Senior Management)

Key Responsibilities -

• Segregation of Duties & Controls

Ensure proper segregation of duties across inventory functions, including receiving, recording, issuing, and reconciliation, in compliance with internal control and audit standards.

• Inventory Counting & Variance Management

Conduct and supervise cycle counts and physical inventory counts. Investigate inventory variances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Material Handling

Receive and document raw materials, components sent for job work. Ensure accurate tracking and traceability throughout processing.

• Material Receipt Documentation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all material receipts in manual registers as well as internal transfer from one job work to another.

• Job Work Material Reconciliation

Prepare detailed reconciliations of material issued and returned for job work, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and timely reporting.

• Consumption & Wastage Monitoring

Monitor material consumption, wastage, rejections, and balance stock at each production stage to support efficient operations and reduce losses.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management.
• 5–10+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, and materials management specifically within building construction companies, including handling construction materials, site-level stock control, contractor-related material movements, and multi-project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Internal controls, ERP systems, Inventory best practices, and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,812.25 - ₹40,000.00 per month
