Inventory Odoo & HR admin specialist

INVENTORY, ODOO & HR SPECIALIST

Operations & Human Resources | Full-Time

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Inventory, Odoo & HR Specialist to manage our inventory operations, maintain and optimise our Odoo ERP system, and support day-to-day HR functions. This is a dual-function role ideal for a proactive individual who is comfortable working across both operational and people-related responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory & Operations

  • Manage and maintain accurate stock levels across all inventory locations
  • Process stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments within the Odoo system
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure smooth stock flow
  • Generate inventory reports and highlight variances to management

Odoo ERP Administration

  • Serve as the primary user and administrator of the Odoo ERP platform
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Odoo modules (Inventory, Purchase, HR, Payroll)
  • Train and support staff on Odoo usage and best practices
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all Odoo records
  • Liaise with Odoo support or developers for system enhancements or issues

Human Resources

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and visa/document tracking
  • Monitor visa and passport expiry dates and coordinate timely renewals
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave data
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries and coordinate with government portals (MOHRE, ICP) as required

REQUIREMENTS

Essential

  • Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (Inventory and/or HR modules)
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles
  • Prior experience in an HR or admin support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience working in the UAE and familiarity with UAE Labour Law
  • Knowledge of UAE government portals (MOHRE, ICP, Tasheel)
  • Background in a trading, logistics, or HVAC/refrigeration environment
  • Experience managing visa and document renewals
