Seven Seas Hotel is looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Purchase Manager cum Store Keeper to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have solid experience in hotel purchasing, inventory management, and store operations, with strong working knowledge of IDS software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage hotel purchasing and procurement activities
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock control records
  • Handle day-to-day store operations efficiently
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries
  • Prepare purchase orders, GRNs, and stock reports
  • Monitor stock movement and ensure proper documentation
  • Coordinate with all hotel departments including Kitchen, Housekeeping, and F&B
  • Operate and manage inventory through IDS software

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in the hotel industry
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IDS software
  • Experience in hotel purchasing and storekeeping operations
  • Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
