Shift: Full-Time (Night Shift)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to join our growing team. This role offers the unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, U.S.-focused retail operation while working from Pakistan.

As an Inventory Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory levels across multiple retail locations, identifying discrepancies, and providing timely data to support our logistics and sales teams. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring efficient retail operations and effective inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly inventory data across all retail locations

Maintain precise records of stock levels

Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or variances

Coordinate with U.S.-based sales teams regarding stock movements

Track and record inventory transfers, returns, and adjustments

Create and maintain detailed reports using Excel and Google Sheets

Support fraud prevention by identifying irregular inventory patterns or inconsistencies

Requirements:

2+ years of experience is required

Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is essential

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience with retail inventory systems or telecom industry knowledge is a plus

High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive U.S.-based data

Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently during night shifts

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
