The Inventory Officer will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing inventory across all branches and the central warehouse. The role requires strong analytical ability, system discipline, and coordination with sales, warehouse, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily stock movement across all branches
  • Identify and eliminate negative stock
  • Reconcile POS stock with physical inventory
  • Manage and verify inter-branch transfers
  • Maintain reorder levels (Local & Imported items)
  • Prepare weekly aging and slow-moving stock reports
  • Assist in reducing dead stock
  • Ensure proper GRN and stock ledger entries
  • Conduct random physical audits
  • Improve inventory processes and discipline
  • Coordinate with branch managers and warehouse team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3–5 years experience in inventory management (Retail preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP mandatory)
  • Understanding of stock ledger, FIFO, and inventory aging
  • Experience managing large SKU volumes preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven personality
  • Willing to travel between branches

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Inventory management : 3 years (Preferred)
