Job Title: Store Incharge (ERP-Based Inventory Control – Catering)
Full-Time (Onsite)
9 hours/day | 6 days/week
Role Overview
The Store Incharge will be responsible for end-to-end inventory control using the company’s custom ERP system, ensuring accurate stock records, proper documentation, and strict control over all inventory movements.
The role requires real-time system entries, discipline, and zero tolerance for unrecorded transactions, with a strong focus on preventing leakage, theft, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities1. ERP System Operations (CORE RESPONSIBILITY)
- Maintain real-time stock records in the company ERP
- Accurately enter:
- Purchase invoices
- Goods Receiving Notes (GRNs)
- Stock transfers
- Issuance to kitchen/events
- Generate and maintain:
- Issue invoices
- Stock reports
- Consumption reports
- Ensure NO manual or off-system transactions
2. Inventory Management & Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels through ERP + physical verification
- Conduct daily physical vs system reconciliation
- Ensure stock accuracy at all times
- Maintain proper categorization and tracking of all items
3. Issuance Control (Kitchen + Catering)
- Issue stock strictly through ERP-approved requisitions
- Ensure every issuance is recorded in ERP before dispatch
- Prevent any unauthorized or verbal stock movement
4. Catering/Event Inventory Handling
- Prepare event-wise stock through ERP
- Track:
- Issued stock
- Returned stock
- Actual consumption
- Perform post-event reconciliation in ERP
5. Purchase & Vendor Entry Control
- Verify all incoming goods physically
- Enter purchase invoices accurately in ERP
- Ensure:
- Correct quantities
- Correct pricing
- No duplicate or fake entries
6. Leakage & Variance Control (Critical KPI)
- Maintain stock variance within <2–3%
- Identify and report:
- Missing stock
- Over-issuance
- System vs physical mismatch
- Flag suspicious patterns immediately
7. Reporting & Accountability
- Generate daily reports from ERP:
- Stock position
- Issuance summary
- Purchase summary
- Share reports with management/accounts daily
- Maintain complete audit trail inside ERP
8. Compliance & Discipline
- Strictly follow ERP SOPs — no shortcuts
- Ensure all operations are:
- System-based
- Traceable
- Verifiable
- Support audits and surprise checks
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 100% ERP compliance (no off-system transactions)
- Stock variance <2–3%
- Accurate and timely ERP entries
- Zero unauthorized issuance
- Clean audit trail
RequirementsExperience
- 2–5 years in inventory/store management
- Experience with ERP systems (mandatory)
Skills
- Strong ERP/data entry discipline
- Good understanding of stock flow (purchase → store → kitchen → event)
- Basic Excel/reporting skills
- High integrity and attention to detail

- Performance Incentives: Based on:
- Stock control
- ERP compliance
- Reporting accuracy
Strict Policy
- Any stock movement without ERP entry = violation
- Any manipulation, fake entry, or concealment = immediate termination
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
