Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of high-rise real estate projects to achieve assigned targets
- Manage and convert leads into successful sales closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and dealers
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
- Coordinate with Marketing for campaigns, launches, and lead generation activities
- Maintain updated knowledge of project details, pricing, and market trends
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analysis
- Ensure smooth coordination with CRM and Operations for deal execution and documentation
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes and policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales with mandatory high-rise project experience
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional appearance and strong client-handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
