Assistant Manager Sales

Position Name: Assistant Manager Sales (High-Rise Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of high-rise real estate projects to achieve assigned targets
  • Manage and convert leads into successful sales closures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and dealers
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
  • Coordinate with Marketing for campaigns, launches, and lead generation activities
  • Maintain updated knowledge of project details, pricing, and market trends
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analysis
  • Ensure smooth coordination with CRM and Operations for deal execution and documentation
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with company sales processes and policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
  • 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales with mandatory high-rise project experience
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Professional appearance and strong client-handling skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
