About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day inventory management, coordinating dispatch & return processes, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end inventory operations, including stock entry, verification, and reconciliation.
  • Track inward & outward movement of goods through ERP or inventory software.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics & warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch & returns.
  • Monitor stock accuracy, conduct regular audits, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to inventory control procedures and minimize discrepancies.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve stock-related issues.
  • Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Zoho, Tally, etc.) and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
