QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field,
• Having strong knowledge on supply chain processes and deep knowledge on planning, material prucurement, inventory Management and optimization,
• Having strong knowledge in SAP - MM, PP, SD modules. Also PPDS, IBP knowledge is preferable,
• Strong planning and organizational skills,
• Strong leadership abilities,
• Proactive and results oriented approach,
• Openness to new ideas,
• Strategic mindset to drive effective and sustainable solutions,
• Adaptability and flexibility,
• Strong business partnership and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment,
• Very good command of English,
• No travel restriction.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Report Performance metrics - on time, stock-outs, and inventory levels (excess and obsolete),
• Analyzing the optimization of the inventory level and making recommendations to the procurement and planning departments,
• Regular contacts with the plant logistics leaders to ensure alignment between the strategy and execution of field activities,
• Centralization, optimization, standardization, and integration of inventory across all business units and functions according to the supply chain roadmap,
• Collaboration with all related functions and plant logistics teams to optimize the freight network & capacity at the lowest cost and fulfilling business objectives,
• Establishing a single source of truth across the organization in real time,
• Strategy Improvement, Risk Management and Best Practice Implementation.
