Do you have a background in Parts Inventory in a manufacturing environment? We may have an opportunity for you. If you have 2 to 5 years of inventory parts experience in a manufacturing environment, a high school diploma or equivalent, working knowledge of Excel, Word, and various software programs, this might be the job for you.
This position will:

Maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts, consumables, and tools using the company’s inventory management system.

Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between system records and actual stock.

Monitor inventory levels and generate reorder requests to maintain optimal stock levels.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts deliveries for accuracy, quality, and completeness.

Organize and label stock areas to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of parts.

Maintain all spare parts rooms in a clean and orderly manner at all times.

Issue parts and materials to maintenance and production personnel as required, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.

Coordinate the reordering of parts and managing supplier returns for defective items.

Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or surplus inventory and recommend appropriate actions for disposal or reallocation.

Maintain up-to-date records of part numbers, descriptions, supplier information, and pricing in the inventory system.

Assist in cycle counting and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and control.

Support compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and audit requirements.

Provide reports on inventory status, usage trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management.
This is a day shift position working Monday through Friday - 8 hours per day.
