Inventory Specialist

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Job Summary:
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels for raw materials, components, and finished goods within the manufacturing facility. This role supports production operations by tracking materials, performing cycle counts, and ensuring inventory records are accurate within the company’s inventory management or ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, track, and organize materials used in production and warehouse operations
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Support production by ensuring materials are available and properly staged
  • Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or inventory control preferred
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry materials up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent use of hands to handle materials and inventory items
  • Ability to bend, reach, and move materials within the warehouse or production area

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
