Inventory Supervisor

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

● 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 & 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻:

○ Manage, train, and mentor a team of 3 Store Keepers.

○ Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.

● 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 & 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴:

○ Oversee inventory tracking using Excel, Tally, and Zoho Inventory.

○ Ensure accurate cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and approve inventory adjustments.

● 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

○ Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material receiving, storage, and issuance.

○ Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, reduce handling times, and minimize stock variances.

● 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

○ Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to prioritize material requisitions and resolve supply issues.

○ Raise critical shortages or delays to the Inventory Manager in a timely manner.

● 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲:

○ Ensure proper handling and storage of space-grade materials in compliance with ESD and safety protocols.

○ Conduct periodic audits of records and physical stock; implement corrective actions as needed.

● 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

○ Prepare and present weekly inventory status and team performance reports.

○ Maintain clear documentation for inbound/outbound transactions, audits, and process improvements.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

● 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

● Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Tally ERP, and Zoho Inventory.

● Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

● Prior exposure to aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environments.

● Experience with barcode/RFID systems and warehouse safety certifications.

● Ability to analyse data trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
