Campers Inn RV is looking for a motivated and detail-driven Inventory Transportation Specialist to help manage and coordinate the movement of RV inventory across our dealership network. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that RVs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule to meet customer and business needs.

The Inventory Transportation Specialist is responsible for coordinating the transportation and distribution of RV inventory between manufacturers, dealerships, and storage locations. This role ensures inventory accuracy, timely delivery, and proper documentation throughout each step of the process. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and thrives on collaboration between logistics, inventory, and operations teams. This role is located in Jacksonville, FL.
Schedule and coordinate transportation of RVs between manufacturers and dealership locations
Monitor shipment progress and communicate updates to relevant departments
Maintain accurate data entry for inventory movements, shipment details, and transportation records
Resolve transportation delays or discrepancies by collaborating with logistics providers
Support periodic audits and reporting related to inventory transfers and vehicle tracking
Maintain compliance with company procedures and transportation standards
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, or transportation
Familiarity with retail distribution networks or dealership operations
