What You’ll Do • Request and compare vendor quotes; issue approved Purchase Orders. • Track deliveries and verify items received against POs. • Maintain price lists, vendor records, and supply logs. • Communicate with warehouse and field teams to meet project schedules. • Support accounting by providing clean documentation and reconciliations. What We’re Looking For • Detail-oriented, rule-following professional who takes pride in accuracy. • 2+ years in purchasing, logistics, or material control (construction or trades preferred). • Comfortable with spreadsheets, email follow-ups, and organized digital files. • Thrives in a team that measures success by reliability and follow-through.
