INVERNTORY CONTROLLER

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of inventory management processes and hands-on experience working with inventory or warehouse systems. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in supply chain, inventory control, or operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry for all stock movements and inventory transactions.
• Monitor and update inventory records in the system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing inventory reports and summaries.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure stock accuracy.
• Track incoming and outgoing materials and maintain proper documentation.
• Support the operations team with various clerical and inventory control tasks.
• Ensure adherence to company inventory procedures and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of operational and inventory information.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: One to two years of relevant work experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, stock management, or a related field.
• Software Knowledge: Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software is preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in supply chain or logistics is a plus.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams.
