We’re hiring | Real Estate Investment Analyst – Hospitality (Private Equity)

We are working with a highly regarded private equity real estate fund to appoint an Investment Analyst with 1–2 years’ experience, specialising in hospitality investments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on exposure to institutional-grade hospitality transactions in the UAE, working closely with senior investment professionals across the full deal lifecycle.

The Role

You will support the investment team across:

• Financial modelling and valuation of hospitality assets and platforms
• Investment underwriting, market research and feasibility analysis
• Preparation of investment memoranda and IC materials
• Due diligence coordination (commercial, financial, legal, technical)
• Ongoing asset management and performance analysis
• Interaction with operators, advisors and capital partners

The Ideal Profile

• 1–2 years’ experience in real estate private equity, investment banking
• Clear exposure to hospitality, leisure or operational real estate
• Strong financial modelling and Excel capability
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented and commercially minded
• Motivated, curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced PE environment
