Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and trustworthy professional to manage, track, and optimize a diversified investment portfolio across equity markets, mutual funds, bonds, and real estate assets.
This person will act as a dedicated portfolio monitoring assistant, providing daily insights, alerts, and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
A. Financial / Stock Portfolio Management
- Monitor daily performance of stocks, mutual funds, PMS, SIPs, bonds & alternative assets.
- Track news, earnings updates, global markets, and macro events (Fed, RBI, crude, USDINR).
Prepare:
- Daily WhatsApp summary
- Weekly dashboard
- Monthly analytical reports
- Suggest rebalancing, exits, and opportunity buys.
- Perform risk analysis and scenario modelling.
B. Real Estate Portfolio Monitoring
- Maintain valuation sheet of all properties: land, commercial units, and residential investments.
- Track market rates in Delhi NCR, Dehradun, and other regions.
- Monitor government policy changes affecting real estate.
- Conduct ROI, rental yield, and price appreciation analysis.
- Evaluate new deal opportunities, including distressed/NCLT assets.
- Coordinate with brokers, lawyers, and consultants for due diligence.
C. Research & Analysis
- Use stock screeners and research platforms (Screener, Tijori, Trendlyne, Koyfin).
- Build financial and valuation models in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of businesses, sectors, and real estate locations.
D. Reporting & Communication
- Deliver crisp daily insights (1-minute reads).
- Send proactive alerts on portfolio risks or opportunities.
- Maintain confidentiality and organize financial data efficiently.
- Present monthly investment performance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- MBA (Finance) / CFA Level 1+
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in:
- Wealth Management
- Portfolio Analysis
- Real Estate Investment / Underwriting
- Financial Research
- Strong knowledge of:
- Equity Markets
- Mutual Fund Analytics
- Valuation & Financial Modelling
- Real Estate Markets
- Taxation Basics
- Advanced Excel & Google Sheets proficiency
- Familiarity with stock screeners and market data tools
