About the Role
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a strategic and results-driven Investment Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who specialize in guiding clients through high-return property investments, including off-plan developments, income-generating assets, and portfolio diversification opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on profitable real estate investments across residential and commercial sectors
- Promote off-plan, resale, and rental properties with strong ROI potential
- Conduct market analysis and present data-driven investment strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and financial advisors
- Negotiate and close property transactions with precision and professionalism
- Generate leads through targeted outreach, referrals, and investor networks
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and regulatory updates
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and reporting tools
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate investment sales (UAE market preferred)
- Strong understanding of ROI, yield, capital appreciation, and market cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a consultative approach
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and investment analysis tools
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
