Role Purpose
The Investment Manager will be responsible for managing investor relations, maintaining compliance with Qatar Financial Center (QFC) requirements, and overseeing the company’s investment data, reporting, and performance monitoring. The role serves as a key link between Estithmar Holding, its investors, regulatory entities, and internal management, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and strategic alignment in all investment-related matters.
This position requires a professional with strong financial acumen, a solid understanding of legal and governance frameworks in listed public companies, and fluency in both Arabic and English to effectively communicate with investors and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations & Reporting

Act as the primary point of contact for Estithmar Holding’s investors and shareholders.

Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and regulatory authorities.

Prepare and deliver investor reports, presentations, and market updates in line with QFMA and QSE requirements.

Support quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial disclosure processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory deadlines.

Manage inquiries from current and potential investors with professionalism and confidentiality.
Investment Management & Analysis

Monitor company investments and portfolio performance, providing analytical insights to management.

Conduct market research and due diligence to identify new investment opportunities aligned with Estithmar’s strategic objectives.

Evaluate investment risks and returns, and prepare reports and recommendations for executive review.

Collaborate with finance and strategy teams on valuation models, forecasts, and scenario analysis.
Regulatory & Legal Compliance

Liaise with
Qatar Financial Center (QFC)
and
Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA)
to ensure compliance with all regulations and corporate governance standards.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor and company records within approved systems and regulatory platforms.

Coordinate legal and documentation requirements related to capital markets, shareholder communications, and disclosures.

Support the drafting and review of investment contracts, shareholder agreements, and other legal documentation.
Corporate Communication

Contribute to investor communication strategies, including press releases, earnings calls, and market announcements.

Ensure consistency and accuracy in financial messaging across internal and external communication channels.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Investment, Business Administration, or Law
(Master’s degree or CFA preferred).

8–12 years of experience
in investment management, investor relations, or financial analysis, preferably in a
listed public company
.

Strong understanding of
Qatar Financial Center (QFC)
and
Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA)
regulations.

Proven experience managing investor databases and regulatory filings.

Excellent analytical, presentation, and financial modeling skills.

Bilingual –
Arabic (mandatory)
and
English (fluent)
, both written and verbal.
