Investment Team Leader – Wealth Management & Advisory

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Market Expertise:

Provide deep insights into US, European, and Asian equities, structured products, global fixed income, and currencies.
Stay ahead of market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and geopolitical events influencing investment decisions.

• Macro & Sector Analysis:

Lead comprehensive macro and sector analyses to build compelling

• Equity Conviction Lists for diverse economies.

Collaborate with research teams to integrate insights into actionable investment strategies.

• Option Strategies & Structured Products:

Design and implement customized equity options strategies, especially around major macro events and earnings seasons.
Develop and execute innovative structured product ideas.

• Bespoke Investment Solutions:

Craft personalized investment strategies aligned with clients’ risk profiles, goals, and preferences.
Continuously optimize portfolios to enhance returns while managing risk effectively.

• Risk Management & Portfolio Hedging:

Implement innovative portfolio hedging strategies to mitigate market volatility.
Generate additional value through strategic use of core holdings and cash flow.

• Client Engagement & Reporting:

Partner closely with clients, providing proactive advice and clear communication on complex financial concepts.
Deliver regular performance reports, offering insights into portfolio dynamics and performance drivers.

• Fixed Income Analysis:

Conduct in-depth analysis of debt and fixed income securities.
Evaluate issuers based on financial performance, governance, and ESG criteria.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.
• Proven experience in investment management, wealth advisory, or portfolio strategy.
• Strong expertise in global markets, structured products, and risk management.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing relationships with UHNIs or institutional clients is a strong plus.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
