Investments Product Management Specialist

Job Propose

• Reports into the Investments Product Management Senior Manager for IWPB
• Responsible for aligning investment products in Turkiye within the parameters of the Group strategy
• Responsible for supporting Investment Products Management team to accomplish business targets of the managed investment products, keeping strong track of investment products volumes, revenues and customers
• Responsible for delivering new products, improving existing product features and services to increase market share
• To optimize, develop and implement formalized procedures and processes for the products managed in line with the Group standards and local regulations
• To manage a suite of investment products across the IWPB range and the business performance of those investment products
• To deliver the P&L as set by Region and Turkiye for sales and retention targets for investment products. Central to delivering on these aims is the need to work with all the distribution channels and teams in CVM to be successful
• To make sure that all investment product processes are in line with compliance, legal, risk and tax requirements

Certifications, Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, related field or equivalent work experience
• Strong knowledge of the customer service concept and its impact on customer relationships
• Fluent in English
• CMB Advance Certification & CMB Derivative Certification
• Minimum of 3 years proven and progressive marketing experience or equivalent
• Proven track record of communicating effectively within the organization and with customer groups
• Strong analytical, communications, decision-making, lateral thinking, influencing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate across various business lines at different levels within the organization
• Knowledge of the organization and its products, processes and pertinent regulations affecting their delivery
