We are seeking strategic investors / business partners to join our visionary hospitality projects:

• Desert Resort Project: An exclusive resort in Dubai’s desert offering luxury villas, safari experiences, fine dining, and cultural entertainment.
• Floating Villas: A unique, first-of-its-kind luxury villa experience on water, designed for ultra-luxury clientele.

This opportunity is open to investors with a minimum commitment of AED 100 Million.
