HR Manager - (Maintenance / Real Estate Sector – UAE)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function within our Maintenance and Real Estate operations in the UAE. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, driving HR strategies, and aligning workforce practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with senior management to design and execute HR strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, maintenance, and real estate roles.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in line with UAE labor law.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture, employee motivation, and retention.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.

4. Performance Management

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (KPIs, goal setting, and reviews).
  • Support managers in identifying training needs and implementing career development programs.
  • Drive performance improvement plans where required.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies are compliant with UAE labor law and free zone regulations (if applicable).
  • Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits.
  • Manage employee records, HRMS systems, and HR reports.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and create training programs relevant to maintenance and real estate operations.
  • Partner with external training providers where necessary.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development.

7. Workforce Planning & Administration

  • Manage manpower planning in coordination with department heads.
  • Oversee visa processing, renewals, medical insurance, and end-of-service settlements.
  • Monitor workforce productivity and optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in the UAE (preferably in Maintenance, Facilities Management, or Real Estate sector).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, HR best practices, and HRMS systems.
  • Proven experience in handling large, diverse workforces (technical, administrative, and field staff).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
