Investor Base Development: Build and maintain a comprehensive database
of institutional and individual investors, ensuring it is up-to-date and well-
structured.

Relationship Management: Develop long-term professional relationships
with existing investors and establish new connections with potential
investors.

Product Promotion: Promote the company’s investment funds and other
financial products (such as Sukuk) by aligning them with investors’ needs
and objectives.

Regulatory Liaison: Coordinate and build effective communication
channels with relevant authorities, including the Capital Market Authority
(CMA), banks, and financial service providers.

Reporting & Presentations: Prepare regular investor reports, fund
performance updates, and market insights presentations.

Events Participation: Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions,
and investment events to strengthen brand presence and expand the
investor network.

Compliance & Governance: Ensure that all investor communications and
relationship activities are aligned with applicable laws and regulations.

Internal Coordination: Collaborate with investment, operations, and
compliance teams to ensure investor requirements are effectively
addressed.
