We are looking for an Investor Relations Analyst to join our team, supporting investor relations activities, ensuring accurate and effective communication of the company’s financial results to the investment community, and contributing to the strengthening of corporate communication processes.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields from a reputable university.
  • 2–3 years of experience in investor relations, financial reporting, financial analysis, banking, brokerage, or asset management.
  • Knowledge of capital markets regulations.
  • Preferably holds Capital Market Activities Level 3 License and/or Corporate Governance Rating Expertise License, or has passed several related exam modules.
  • Experience with SPK (Capital Markets Board of Türkiye) and Borsa İstanbul reporting processes is a strong asset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Turkish and English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical thinking and financial data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills; proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Effective communication with diverse stakeholders, team-oriented, detail-focused, and highly motivated.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a results-driven mindset.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Analyze company financial results and contribute to the preparation of financial and investor presentations.
  • Support the preparation of annual and sustainability reports.
  • Take an active role in the Corporate Governance Rating process.
  • Monitor Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) announcements and ensure timely disclosures.
  • Track sectoral and financial data, maintain and update the investor relations database, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Follow changes in capital markets regulations.
  • Track domestic and international market developments and provide feedback to senior management.
  • Support General Assembly preparation processes.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in investor, analyst, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of investor conferences, roadshows, and conference calls.
