Tera Yatırım Group – Currently Four Publicly Traded Companies

Position Overview

Tera Yatırım Group is expanding its Investor Relations function within its dynamic and evolving structure, currently encompassing four publicly traded companies. We are seeking highly qualified professionals across multiple seniority levels — from experienced specialists to senior executives — whose expertise and career achievements will determine the most suitable position within the Group.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional ownership, collaborative teamwork, and superior communication skills, proactively managing all Investor Relations activities across the Group’s listed entities. All positions will report directly to the Tera Yatırım Investor Relations Group Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full end-to-end ownership of all Investor Relations activities, ensuring transparent, accurate, and timely execution in strict compliance with Capital Markets Board (CMB) regulations. Sustainability, risk, and corporate governance initiatives are integral components of Investor Relations responsibilities, including developing detailed content and coordinating information flow to relevant committees.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate finance, operations, treasury, financial reporting, legal, and subsidiary management teams to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive, and professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strengthen share visibility, foster productive relationships with sector analysts, encourage the preparation of analyst coverage reports, and ensure retail investors have effective access to company information.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of annual reports, financial presentations, disclosure documents, and all investor communications.
  • Coordinate and manage financial, corporate governance, and sustainability rating processes, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Plan, organize, and execute investor meetings, analyst briefings, and general assemblies, guaranteeing seamless communication, engagement, and alignment across all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • For mid-level roles: Holding both the Capital Market Activities Level 3 Licence and the Corporate Governance Rating Licence is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Governance, or Capital Markets Compliance, preferably within publicly listed companies.
  • Demonstrated experience in sustainability, risk, and corporate governance reporting, with the ability to produce high-quality content for internal committees and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills; proven ability to manage Investor Relations processes from start to finish while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
  • Candidates must demonstrate strong commitment and motivation to join Tera Yatırım. To convey this, applicants are requested to submit a cover letter alongside their CV, explicitly expressing their enthusiasm and intent to contribute to the Group.
