urrently, Shifa Foundation is implementing the project “Integrated Health Service Delivery to Educate and Lobby for Sustainable Immunisation in Sindh (I-HEAL Sindh)” in District Karachi, Sindh.

Shifa Foundation invites sealed quotations from qualified vendors for the printing materials listed below for its Karachi Office:

Terms and Conditions:

• Only sealed quotations will be accepted.

• Items must be delivered to Shifa Foundation Karachi Office.

• Quoted rates should be inclusive of all applicable Government Taxes (Withholding Tax & Sales Tax).

• Rates must remain valid until June 30, 2026.

• A one-year contract will be signed with the selected vendor.

• Invoices must include Income Tax Number / CNIC of the supplier.

• Items/Services will be requested through Purchase Orders on a need basis.

• Payment will be made within 15 working days after submission of the invoice/bill.

• Vendors with physical presence in Karachi will be given preference.

• Payments will be made through cross cheque favoring the company/business.
