Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Senior Executive – Printing & Embellishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing printing and embellishment processes, ensuring product quality, optimizing production efficiency, and driving continuous improvements in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations in printing and embellishment departments.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, color accuracy, and customer specifications across all production batches.
• Monitor and control process parameters to ensure consistent output and minimal defects.
• Collaborate with product development, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of orders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce rework, and optimize resource utilization.
• Oversee maintenance and calibration of printing and embellishment machinery for smooth operation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and sustainability standards.
• Prepare and analyze production performance reports and recommend corrective actions where needed.
• Support innovation in techniques, chemicals, and processes to improve product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in printing, heat transfer, screen printing, or embellishment operations within textile/apparel manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of print processes, inks, embellishment materials, and color management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
