Invoicing and production clerk

Accounts, inventory and production clerk needed for printing press.

Requirements:

- The person needs to be able to read and write basic English.

- No college degree is required

- Person should be able to use a computer

Responsibilities include:

- Basic data entry for job orders and delivery notes.

- Has to tally all inventory and keep it updated on tally software.

- Check all incoming and outgoing goods with respective invoices and delivery notes to ensure everything is accurate.

- Have basic knowledge about production as applicant will be involved in basic production planning tasks as well.
