Responsibilities

• Perform injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers with precision and safety, adhering to established protocols.
• Administer aesthetic laser treatments, body waxing, hair threading, and other skin rejuvenation procedures to enhance client satisfaction.
• Provide expert consultations on skincare products, treatment plans, and aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY, maintaining a seamless scheduling flow.
• Assist with social media management by showcasing client transformations, promoting services, and engaging with the community online.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and cleanliness in treatment areas to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Support retail sales by recommending products during consultations and conducting product demos to boost client loyalty.

Requirements

• Proven experience in MedSpa or aesthetic settings, with knowledge of cosmetic procedures including dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, and aesthetic laser treatments.
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetic specialties; additional training in botulinum toxin treatments is preferred.
• Active APRN license (preferred); other medical licenses will be considered based on experience.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
• Strong management skills with the ability to coordinate appointments, client records, and inventory efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients on procedures and aftercare, fostering trust and rapport.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY; experience with social media management tools is a plus.
• Commitment to sanitation protocols and safety standards aligned with industry regulations.
• Passion for beauty trends such as hair extensions, makeup application, nail care, hairstyling, barbering techniques (including straight razor shaving), and tattooing is a plus.
