About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Mobile & iOS Team Lead with 7+ years of expertise in mobile application development and proven leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding our mobile team, driving technical excellence, ensuring timely delivery, and scaling products for global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the mobile/iOS team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Architect, design, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications.
• Define technical roadmaps, ensure adherence to coding standards, and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to align requirements and deliverables.
• Manage app store submissions, performance monitoring, and production issue resolution.
• Introduce best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and app performance optimization.
• Drive R&D initiatives to adopt new technologies and frameworks.
• Ensure on-time delivery of projects while balancing quality and performance.
• Engage in client interactions, provide technical guidance, and ensure smooth communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in iOS development (Swift, Objective-C, Xcode, iOS SDK).
• Strong knowledge of mobile architectures (MVC, MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture).
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and project delivery.
• Expertise in REST APIs, third-party SDKs, Firebase, push notifications, analytics, app store guidelines.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, client-handling, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
